Peer Support Specialist Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our team as a Peer Support Specialist. This role will involve working closely with colleagues to develop and implement our lived experience strategy.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities:**
  • Work with the national lived-experience lead and programme support officer in scoping and realising a national approach to the peer support workforce.
  • Co-produce recovery colleges and roll out national best practice.

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum
