We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to join our team at Chartwells, the leading provider of catering services to universities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality food and beverage experiences.
About the Role:
- Prepare delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers
- Create attractive food and counter displays
- Represent Chartwells and maintain a positive brand image
- Handle cash and operate the cash register
- Comply with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
- Comply with Health & Safety regulations
Requirements:
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
