Programme Coordinator Manager

We are seeking a Programme Coordinator Manager to join our client's team in delivering the actions within the Primary and Community Care Workforce Plan. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for an extraordinary organisation with a diverse workforce and inclusive culture.

The Programme Coordinator Manager will be responsible for implementing and monitoring project progress, managing elements of specific projects, and providing technical and administrative support. You will prepare documentation and track project plans and benefits.

To succeed in this role, you should have experience in project management, good minute-taking and report drafting skills. You should also be responsive to change and use initiative to drive improvement, develop interpersonal skills to build relationships at all levels, and possess a project management qualification such as Prince 2 or equivalent experience.

As a valued member of the team, you can expect a competitive salary of £15.56 per hour, working Monday to Friday with no evenings in a hybrid environment. There is also scope to work hybrid when training has been completed.
