About the Role

We're currently seeking an experienced Child Development Support Specialist to join our team. As a vital member of our care services, you'll play a crucial role in supporting children with Autism in various settings.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing personalized care plans tailored to the unique needs of each child.

Additionally, you'll:

  • Provide emotional and practical support to children, promoting their confidence and self-esteem.

As a skilled professional, you'll:

  • Monitor the children's progress, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies for growth.

You'll also:

  • Maintain effective communication with parents and carers, keeping them informed about the child's progress and any concerns.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 6 months' experience working with children or in a similar social care setting.

A valid UK driving licence is also essential for travel between locations. You must hold a current Enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one. Lastly, you must have the right to work in the UK.

What We Offer

In return for your expertise and commitment, we offer a competitive salary estimate of £26,000 - £33,000 per annum, as well as a range of benefits, including:

  • Excellent rates of pay (£13-16 per hour)
