Training Programmes Support Administrator

An exciting opportunity to join a well established and busy team providing comprehensive, efficient, and confidential support for the planning and delivery of the dental postgraduate training programmes in Wales, working closely with the leads for each area of training. This role will be instrumental in providing effective and efficient organisational and administrative support.
- Provide comprehensive, efficient, and high-level administrative support across the dental postgraduate training programmes.
- Organise and service various committees and meetings in relation to the dental postgraduate training programmes.
- First point of contact for enquiries relating to Dental Postgraduate Training.
- Raise purchase orders via the Oracle system and ensure payments from dental speakers/training providers are processed and paid in a timely manner.
- Work autonomously and to deadlines
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
