Quality Assurance Director

Brook Street Social Care NMR is a charitable organisation seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join their dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a robust quality assurance framework that aligns with regulatory standards and best practices.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and procedures.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks that may impact the quality of care and service delivery.
- Analyse quality data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective action plans.
- Investigate and resolve incidents and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Provide training and support to staff on quality assurance standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant regulations and ensure compliance with all legal and ethical obligations.
- Build strong relationships with regulatory bodies, external stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Prepare regular reports on quality performance and compliance metrics.
About You:
We are seeking a passionate individual who is committed to service improvement and values. As a detail-oriented person, you will work in partnership with others to co-produce initiatives and processes that evidence tangible impact and improvement in the quality of service.
You will be adept at managing data as well as intelligence and feedback, able to clearly communicate areas for improvement to managers and provide measurable impact from established baselines.
This role requires an experienced manager with a proven track record of implementation of continuous improvement within care and support settings. You will possess strong IT, communication, and partnership working skills.
