Job Description
  • Develop and Maintain Quality Assurance Framework: Create, implement, and maintain a robust quality assurance framework that aligns with regulatory standards and best practices.
  • Audit and Inspection: Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and procedures.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks that may impact the quality of care and service delivery.
  • Data Analysis: Analyse quality data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective action plans.
  • Incident Investigation: Investigate and resolve incidents and complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Staff Training: Provide training and support to staff on quality assurance standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Updates: Stay up-to-date with relevant regulations and ensure compliance with all legal and ethical obligations.
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Build strong relationships with regulatory bodies, external stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Reporting and Performance Metrics: Prepare regular reports on quality performance and compliance metrics.

You must have experience managing data, intelligence, and feedback, and be able to clearly communicate areas for improvement to managers. A proven track record of implementing continuous improvement within care and support settings is essential.
