Freight Fleet Assurance Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Support Engineer to join our team at Colas Rail UK.
The estimated salary for this position is around £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience.
About the Role:
- Ensure the quality of maintenance activities are carried out to the required standard, compliant with defined instructions, processes, and procedures.
- Provide technical knowledge to aid fault finding and diagnosis, supporting Colas Rail UK and its fleets.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop written reports on vehicle condition and trends.
- Conduct special checks and assist in carrying out modifications to maintain the quality and safety of our fleet.
- Support the maintenance teams with technical guidance and assistance.
