Shift Performance Manager

The Shift Operations Controller is a critical position that requires strong organizational skills and the ability to make commercial and safety-critical decisions in real-time. As a Shift Operations Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the Colas Fleet on all shifts. This includes managing the OTM Control Desk, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and proactively managing incident reporting and escalation.
