Job Description
This role involves working as a Shift Operations Controller, responsible for the safety, operation, and performance of the Colas Fleet on all shifts. The successful candidate will ensure clear communication in the correct timescales to facilitate the safe and efficient operation/performance of the Colas fleet. Key responsibilities include:
  1. Working as a Shift Operations Controller who has overall responsibility for the safety, operation, and performance of the Colas Fleet on all shifts
  2. To ensure clear communication in the correct timescales to facilitate the safe and efficient operation/performance of the Colas fleet
  3. To proactively manage the reporting, recording, and escalation of any Incidents/accidents/environmental occurrences in a professional and efficient manner, informing the appropriate parties in the correct timescales in accordance with Company procedures
