Railway Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Railway Operations Supervisor at Colas Rail UK. As part of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our fleet on all shifts.
About the RoleThis is a permanent position based in Rugby, offering a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. The successful candidate will be expected to work closely with our maintenance department to ensure that all equipment is in good working order, and to monitor staff booked on for duty to identify any issues or anomalies.
