Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized Fleet Compliance and Planning Specialist to join our team at Culina Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet by managing compliance activities, providing daily/weekly reports, and supporting other team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage compliance activity for depots, ensuring events are booked in line with company objectives and chasing each booking for completion.
  • Provide timely and accurate reports on the compliance status of our fleet.
  • Complete follow-up activities to ensure vehicle arrival or attendance by mobile engineers and take required action for 'no-shows.'
  • Support other team members with activities within the wider team's remit.
  • Utilize GTS proficiently for both planning and operations functions.

Requirements:

  • Thorough understanding of commercial vehicle and ancillary equipment compliance requirements.
  • Experience in managing commercial vehicle compliance and familiarity with scheduling, booking, and managing slippage.
  • Proven team worker with drive, enthusiasm, and a 'can-do' mindset, supportive of colleagues and willing to get involved.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple work streams effectively.
  • Experienced user of GTS and able to competently control and manage planning roles.
  • CPC Holder is desirable.
