Financial Planning Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Manager to join our finance team in Rugby, United Kingdom. You will oversee financial planning, reporting, and analysis, ensuring the company's financial health and compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review.
- Monitor and manage the company's cash flow, ensuring financial stability.
- Oversee month-end and year-end financial processes, including audits.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and financial regulations.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and stakeholders.
- Provide strategic financial advice to senior management.
- Implement and improve financial systems, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualification is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
