As a Senior Accounting Professional at beBee Professionals, you will play a critical role in shaping our company's financial future. We are seeking an experienced leader to join our finance team and provide strategic guidance on financial planning, reporting, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
  • Manage financial planning, reporting, and analysis processes.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve financial goals.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement business strategies.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry trends.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
  • ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualification is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Salary Range:

£65,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
