Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum
Job Description:
- Conduct thorough financial analysis and monitoring of construction projects to ensure adherence to budgets, cash flow projections, and fund management requirements.
- Collaborate with project teams to review contracts, progress reports, and cost data, identifying any discrepancies or potential risks.
- Prepare accurate and comprehensive financial reports, including cost estimates, variance analysis, and cash flow projections, for internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and control project expenditure, tracking costs against budget and recommending corrective actions as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in quantity surveying or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
