Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Equipment Technician to join our team at Project Partners in Rugby, Warwickshire. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our mechanical equipment.

About the Team

  • You will work closely with the Conformance & Reliability Supervisor to develop and implement predictive and preventative maintenance plans.
  • You will support safe operations and maintain environmental compliance to achieve zero accidents and incidents.
  • You will plan and deliver physical and cultural environments that promote a culture of safety and zero harm.
  • You will react to unforeseen events to optimize plant performance on a day-to-day basis.
  • You will undertake repairs highlighted by reliability techniques and produce timely reports for the maintenance management team.

Requirements

  • A good understanding of condition monitoring or reliability maintenance principles, including vibration analysis, tribology, thermography, ultrasound, and NDT.
  • The ability to integrate into a team of mechanical, electrical, and reliability technicians and communicate with supervisors, engineers, and managers.

Salary

We offer a competitive salary of up to £45,195 per annum, plus excellent benefits.
