Equipment Technician Lead

As an Equipment Technician Lead at beBee Professionals in Rugby, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our production equipment. Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime.
- Analyze and troubleshoot equipment failures to identify root causes.
- Provide technical guidance and support to production teams to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Advanced knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including predictive maintenance techniques.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate and guide production teams.
- A salary range of £45,000 - £65,000 per year, based on experience.
