Mechanical Equipment Technician

Rugby-based position available for a skilled Mechanical Equipment Technician to join our team at Sprint Recruitment. The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday 08:30am -17:30pm with guaranteed daily 1hr overtime starting at 07:30. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and repair of heavy vehicles, agricultural equipment, and mechanical systems.
- Collaboration with the workshop team to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality results.
Negotiable salary from £16.00ph upwards - £37,000 - £45,000pa, including additional benefits such as a competitive pension scheme, life assurance, and access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical engineering, excellent problem-solving skills, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
