Job Description:

This Mechanical Collision Analyst role involves conducting specialist and technical mechanical examinations on vehicles involved in collisions. Key responsibilities include identifying offences, substantiating allegations of mechanical failure, and providing expert advice to the Crown Prosecution Service.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct specialist mechanical examinations on vehicles involved in collisions.
  • Provide expert evidential inspections to confirm vehicle identity.
  • Examine colleague reports, advise staff, mentor trainee examiners, and present talks.
Education and Experience:
  • ONC/Level 3 qualification in Motor Vehicle Engineering or equivalent.
  • City and Guilds Motor Vehicle Technicians part 2 and 3.
  • Extensive experience in maintaining and testing various vehicles.
Compensation:

The estimated salary for this role is £37,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience.
