About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Equipment Maintenance Manager to lead our site maintenance team at Stirling Warrington Careers. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our equipment.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in mechanical or electrical engineering, with experience in preventive and predictive maintenance techniques. Your exceptional leadership skills and ability to motivate a team will enable you to drive improvements to our maintenance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance strategy
- Lead a team of maintenance technicians to ensure efficient and effective maintenance practices
- Identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to increase equipment reliability
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with business objectives
