Job Summary:

This role involves maintaining can forming tooling and equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Main tasks include ensuring a smooth production process, identifying and reporting tooling shortages, and gathering and analysing data related to tooling and plant performance.

Key requirements include strong problem solving and analytical skills, computer literacy, and experience in manufacturing.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining tooling and equipment
  • Grinding and preparing punches, rings and cupper tooling
  • Ensuring a smooth production process
  • Identifying and reporting tooling shortages/risks
  • Gathering and analysing data related to tooling and plant performance

 

Education & Location:

Apprenticeship in an Engineering/Mechanical discipline or equivalent experience
