We are seeking a skilled Tooling Engineer to join our client's team in Rugby, Warwickshire. As a key member of the manufacturing team, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing tooling and equipment to ensure smooth production processes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Maintaining can forming tooling and equipment
  • Grinding and preparing punches, rings, and cupper tooling
  • Prioritizing rework tooling based on daily production needs
  • Identifying and reporting tooling shortages and risks
  • Measuring and controlling tooling
  • Inspecting and measuring tooling
  • Making tool packs and size change tooling
  • Controlling ring grinding processes

**Requirements:**

  • Computer literacy and ability to generate reports
  • Working knowledge of Health and Safety practices
