Selby Jennings is seeking a skilled Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst to join our Corporate Finance team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to work on capital raising and M&A activities within a leading player in the clean-tech, energy, and renewable energy industry.
The successful candidate will conduct financial analyses, prepare pitch books and presentations, and build complex models using Excel or other software tools. They will also assist senior bankers with deal execution, working closely with the client's corporate finance division.
- Estimated Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum
- Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university
- 2+ years of experience working at an Investment Bank
- Exceptional analytical skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- Ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines efficiently
