About the Job:

We are seeking a seasoned Finance Manager to join our team in Rugby, United Kingdom. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for leading financial planning, reporting, and analysis to ensure the company's financial health and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports, forecasts, and budgets for senior management review.
  • Manage cash flow, ensure financial stability, and maintain a stable financial position.
  • Lead month-end and year-end financial processes, including audits and regulatory compliance.
  • Provide strategic financial advice to senior management and drive decision-making.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
  • ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualification is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
