Job Title: Construction Financial Specialist
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a forward-thinking consultancy in Rugby, UK. As a experienced Construction Financial Specialist, you will focus on fund monitoring and provide pre and post contract services. You will work closely with the Directors to ensure adherence to budgets and assist in financial reporting.
The consultancy has a strong demand for their services, working with investors and developers on large-scale industrial schemes across the Midlands. As a leader in this field, you will be responsible for overseeing projects and ensuring timely financial reports.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough financial analysis and monitoring of construction projects to ensure adherence to budgets, cash flow projections, and fund management requirements.
Collaborate with project teams to review contracts, progress reports, and cost data, identifying any discrepancies or potential risks.
Prepare accurate and comprehensive financial reports, including cost estimates, variance analysis, and cash flow projections, for internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor and control project expenditure, tracking costs against budget and recommending corrective actions.
Requirements:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Construction Financial Specialist to join our team. You should have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. A proven track record of delivering high-quality financial reports and managing complex projects would be advantageous.
Salary: £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
