Quality Assurance Lead

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Lead to join our Rugby Engineering Team at GE Power Conversion. The successful candidate will play a key role in improving operational processes and enhancing productivity and quality in all our deliverables.
Main Tasks:- Develop and drive key performance metrics to achieve continuous improvements in engineering deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop processes and procedures that enable seamless handoffs from engineering.
- Lead root cause analysis to identify and address engineering issues, ensuring that preventive actions are effectively implemented and measured.
You should have a strong background in quality engineering and significant experience in driving process improvements. A degree in engineering or quality is also required.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $100,000 - $140,000, depending on your location and experience.
