We are seeking a skilled Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance department, you will be responsible for maintaining regulatory standards, implementing best practices, and enhancing Quality Assurance systems.

About You:

You will have a background in Health and Social Care and be passionate about ensuring high-quality care and compliance. With experience in Quality Assurance or similar, you will oversee incident reviews, quality inspections, and satisfaction surveys, while mentoring and guiding teams to embed a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
  • Implementing best practices and enhancing Quality Assurance systems
  • Leading quality initiatives across multiple locations
