Are you a highly motivated and experienced housing enforcement professional looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Private Sector Housing Enforcement Specialist to join our Regulatory Services team.

As part of the Environmental Health Team, you will support their wider activities including nuisance and environmental crime regulations. You must have an excellent working knowledge of private sector housing legislation and proven experience in a housing enforcement or regulatory capacity.

The salary for this role is approximately £31,500 - £36,500 per annum, making it a competitive offer in the industry. In addition to your annual salary, you will also receive a range of benefits including 35 days annual leave, flexible working hours, and a generous pension scheme.

This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality services to residents and has a strong understanding of private sector housing legislation.
