Private Sector Housing Enforcement Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our Regulatory Services team as a Private Sector Housing Enforcement Specialist. This exciting opportunity allows you to make a real and lasting difference to people's lives by improving conditions in private sector housing.
As part of the Environmental Health Team, you will support their wider activities including nuisance and environmental crime regulations. You must have an excellent working knowledge of private sector housing legislation and proven experience in a housing enforcement or regulatory capacity.
The salary for this role is approximately £32,000 - £37,000 per annum, making it a competitive offer in the industry. In addition to your annual salary, you will also receive a range of benefits including 35 days annual leave, flexible working hours, and a generous pension scheme.
