About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Housing Options Officer to join our team on a temporary basis. As a Housing Options Officer, you will work closely with local authorities to assess and review section 202 cases, providing expert advice on housing rights, homelessness prevention, and support pathways.

Responsibilities:
  • Review housing options for individuals seeking asylum and vulnerable residents, ensuring all recommendations are in line with council policies and regulations.
  • Handle complex cases, providing clear guidance on housing rights, homelessness prevention, and support pathways.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of decisions made within the housing options service, ensuring compliance with legal standards.


What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £44,000 per annum, paid at a rate of £22.82 per hour PAYE or £30 per hour through an umbrella company.
