Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Housing Options Officer to join our team at Triumph Consultants Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and reviewing housing options for individuals seeking asylum and vulnerable residents.

This is a 37-hour per week role, working Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:30. The contract length is expected to be 3-4 months.

The salary for this position is £22.62 per hour PAYE, with an estimated annual salary of £47,150 based on 37 hours per week.

You will need to have a degree-level education or equivalent through relevant training/experience, as well as experience of using case management systems including Jigsaw and QL. You should also have knowledge of current and future challenges facing social housing and public services.

A key aspect of the role will be conducting thorough reviews of decisions made within the housing options service, ensuring compliance with legal standards. You will work closely with colleagues to ensure effective operation of the service.

If you have excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to constructively challenge in the workplace, and IT literacy, we would like to hear from you. Please note that a Basic DBS disclosure is required for this role.
