Housing Strategy and Enablement Expert

In this key role, you will work closely with our Communities & Homes Service to develop and implement effective housing strategies. This involves research, development, monitoring, and review of new housing and community strategies, policies, and procedures.

To succeed in this position, you will need to possess comprehensive knowledge of the housing sector, including the role and regulation of registered providers and developers. A Professional Qualification is essential, and a full driving license and access to a vehicle are also required.
