Housing and Community Development Specialist

As a Strategic Housing Officer, you will play a crucial role in delivering our strategic aims by enabling new affordable housing, understanding housing needs, and developing strategies for growth.
The ideal candidate will have up-to-date knowledge of UK local, regional, and national housing, planning, and regeneration policies. A Professional Qualification such as Chartered Institute of Housing or Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors is also required. Additionally, a full driving license and access to a vehicle are necessary for this position.
