Care Worker

We are seeking a Care Worker to join our team at Housing 21. As a Care Worker, you will be working in our Extra Care Homes, supporting residents with their daily needs.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will be a compassionate and caring individual who is able to build strong relationships with our residents. You will be responsible for providing personal care, supporting with household tasks, and encouraging residents to follow their care plans.
