About the Role

Penguin Recruitment is partnering with a leading planning consultancy to find an exceptional Senior Town Planner. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading complex planning projects, developing and implementing sustainable community plans, and ensuring compliance with planning regulations.

Responsibilities:
  1. Leading large-scale planning projects, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions.
  2. Conducting site visits and assessments to inform planning decisions.
  3. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Urban Planning or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in town planning and community development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Compensation:

£65,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
