Job Title: Communication Therapist

Location: Rugby, Warwickshire

We are seeking a skilled Communication Therapist to join our team at Quest Academy. As a key member of our staff, you will provide high-quality speech and language therapy services to children and young people aged 8-19 years with autism and complex needs.

The ideal candidate will possess a recognized professional degree qualification in speech and language therapy or equivalent and be a registered member of the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT) and Health Care Professions Council (HCPC). You will have demonstrable experience working with children and young people with autism and severe communication needs, as well as knowledge of statutory legislation concerning social care work.

In exchange for your expertise, we offer a competitive annual salary of £45,000, plus a discretionary Special School Allowance of £750 per annum. You will also enjoy excellent local government pension scheme benefits, family-friendly policies, and access to wellbeing initiatives.
