Smile Education is seeking a highly skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join their team at a purpose-built academy in Rugby, Warwickshire. This state-of-the-art school provides a holistic curriculum tailored to meet the unique needs of students aged 7–19 with autism and complex communication needs.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a recognized professional Speech and Language Therapy degree qualification and registration with the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT) and the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). They will need proven experience supporting children with autism and severe speech, language, and communication needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver specialized, child-centered speech and language therapy to students aged 7–19 with autism and complex communication needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support students' academic, social, and emotional development.

As a valued member of the academy's team, you will contribute to the ethos of fostering lifelong learning and preparing students for adult life. The salary for this role is estimated to be around £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
