Reports to: Regional Home Manager
Location: Various regional homes across the UK
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £29,000 - £33,000 per annum

Job Description:
- Provide specialist support to young people with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), promoting independence and well-being.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of individualised care plans, tailored to meet the unique needs of each young person.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a smooth transition between shifts, maintaining continuity of care.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- L3 or equivalent in Children & Young People Family Practitioner / Level 3 in Residential Childcare.
- Full UK Driving Licence for transporting young people.
- Experience working with individuals with ASD, demonstrating patience, empathy, and understanding.
