We are seeking an experienced Residential Youth Worker to join our team at the Witherslack Group Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs.
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities- Support young people with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
- Assist with group activities and outings to promote social skills and relationships
- Contribute to the development of individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each young person
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent
- Experience working with young people with complex needs
- Ability to work flexibly, including night shifts and weekends
