Become part of our dynamic team as a Registered Manager and take on the challenge of leading our Supported Living service in Rugby.

This full-time role involves direct leadership of a team consisting of Deputy Managers, Team Leaders, Senior Support Workers, and Support Workers. You will coach the team to achieve business aims and objectives while promoting the service in line with our vision.

We require a Registered Manager with experience in managing Supported Living services and working with adults with learning disabilities. Prior experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager is essential, along with a Level 5 Diploma/NVQ Health & Social Care/Management or equivalent qualification.

A key responsibility is to promote the service, which includes developing relationships with stakeholders and local communities. Flexibility is required, including some shift work, weekends, and evenings when necessary. A car driver with a current full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is desirable.

Benefits include 28 days' holiday per year, increasing to 29 days after 2 years' service and 31 days after 5 years' service, plus additional benefits such as staff reward and recognition incentives and excellent training opportunities.

Estimated salary: £37,104 per annum.
