The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in a similar role supporting adults with learning disabilities
- Minimum of level 3 in health and social care
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A compassionate and proactive approach
- Flexibility to share the on-call rota
What You Will Do:
- Support the Manager in the day-to-day running of the service
- Ensure high-quality care and support for our residents
- Lead and motivate a dedicated team
