Key Responsibilities- To lead and supervise a team of health care assistants and support our clients effectively
- To ensure the team provides and maintains the highest levels of care in line with our company's vision, policies, and procedures
We are looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and hard-working individual who aims to improve our clients' lives. The ideal candidate should possess excellent knowledge of the care industry and CQC requirements.
Requirements- A minimum Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification or working towards this
- A valid British driving license and access to own vehicle
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to senior care
The estimated annual salary for this position is £40,000 - £50,000, depending on experience. Benefits include a bonus scheme, company pension, employee discount, free parking, and on-site parking.
