As a Registered Manager at Brook Street UK, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our service users. Our Supported Living service in Rugby, North Warwickshire, provides accommodation and support for individuals with learning disabilities and additional support needs.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage a team of staff, including Deputy Managers, Team Leaders, Senior Support Workers, and Support Workers. You will need to provide coaching and guidance to help the team grow and develop, while promoting the supported living service in line with the company's vision, business aims, and objectives.

We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager/Manager level or an experienced Deputy Manager who is ready to take the next step in their career. You should have previous experience working with adults with learning disabilities and additional support needs.

This is a full-time role that requires flexibility, including some shift work, weekends, and evenings when required. A car driver with a current full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle is desirable. You should be qualified to Level 5 Diploma/NVQ Health & Social Care/Management or equivalent (or prepared to work towards).

A competitive salary of £37,104 per annum is offered, along with benefits such as 28 days' annual leave, staff reward and recognition incentives, and operational on-call support.
