Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Support Living Professional to join our team at Brook Street UK. As a key member of our Supported Living team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality care and support for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide person-centred care and support to residents
* Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the management team
* Maintain accurate records and reports as required
Requirements:
* Minimum of level 3 in health and social care
* Experience in a similar role supporting adults with learning disabilities
* Ability to work collaboratively with the management team
