Senior Living Manager

Establish a new standard in Supported Living services by leading our Rugby-based team.
The role involves overseeing daily operations, empowering staff to grow and develop, and promoting the service's vision and objectives. We seek a Registered Manager with experience in managing Supported Living services and working with adults with learning disabilities.
Key responsibilities include coaching the team, promoting the service, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will be qualified to Level 5 Diploma/NVQ Health & Social Care/Management or equivalent and have prior experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager.
This is a full-time position that requires flexibility, including some shift work, weekends, and evenings when necessary. A car driver with a current full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is desirable.
Benefits include 28 days' holiday per year, increasing to 29 days after 2 years' service and 31 days after 5 years' service, plus additional benefits such as staff reward and recognition incentives and excellent training opportunities.
Estimated salary: £37,104 per annum.
