Domiciliary Care Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Care Leader to join our team at Care Staffing Domiciliary Care. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supervising a group of health care assistants and ensuring they provide high-quality care to our clients.

Job Requirements- To demonstrate excellent knowledge of the care industry and CQC requirements
- To ensure your team provides and maintains the highest levels of care in line with our company's vision, policies, and procedures
- A minimum Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification or working towards this
- A valid British driving license and access to own vehicle
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to senior care
The estimated annual salary for this position is £45,000 - £55,000, depending on experience. Benefits include a bonus scheme, company pension, employee discount, free parking, and on-site parking.
