About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Manager to lead our Supported Living services in Rugby, North Warwickshire. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the day-to-day management of our services, ensuring high-quality care and support for our service users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a professional and settled team, including deputies and team leaders, to provide support packages that ensure access to networks of support, families, friends, local communities, and professionals.
  • Provide direct day-to-day leadership to a team consisting of a Deputy Managers, Team Leaders, Senior Support Workers, and Support Workers, coaching them to grow and develop.
  • Promote the supported living service in line with the company's vision, business aims, and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience of managing a Supported Living service as a Registered Manager/Manager level or as an experienced Deputy Manager ready to take the next step in their career.
  • Previous experience of working with adults with learning disabilities and additional support needs.
  • Able to work flexibly, including some shift work, weekends, and evenings when required.
  • A car driver with a current full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle (desirable).
  • Qualified to Level 5 Diploma/NVQ Health & Social Care/Management or equivalent (or prepared to work towards).
  • Commitment to continuous professional development.
  • Enhanced DBS for Adults and Children on the DBS Update Service or willingness to have an application made during the recruitment process.
