**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Lead to join our team at Brook Street Social Care NMR. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance across our social care services.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain a robust quality assurance framework that aligns with regulatory standards and best practices.

Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and procedures.

Identify, assess, and mitigate risks that may impact the quality of care and service delivery.

Analyse quality data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective action plans.

Investigate and resolve incidents and complaints promptly and effectively.

Provide training and support to staff on quality assurance standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.

Stay up-to-date with relevant regulations and ensure compliance with all legal and ethical obligations.

Build strong relationships with regulatory bodies, external stakeholders, and internal teams.

Prepare regular reports on quality performance and compliance metrics.

Requirements:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Quality Assurance Lead who is committed to service improvement and values. You will be an 'eye for detail' person, committed to working in partnership with others to co-produce initiatives and processes that evidence tangible impact and improvement in the quality of service.

Adept at managing data as well as intelligence and feedback, you are able to clearly communicate areas for improvement to managers as well as providing measurable impact from established baselines.

An experienced manager with a proven track record of implementation of continuous improvement within care and support settings, you will have strong IT, communication and partnership working skills that set you apart.
