Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Director to spearhead our Quality, Compliance, and Sustainability functions. This pivotal role will maintain our integrated management systems and certified standards while driving sustainability initiatives.

About the Role

The successful candidate will lead the QA team to achieve best practice standards and support operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and exceeding Häfele's quality and service levels
  • Ensuring company policies and procedures align with legislative, regulatory, and ethical standards
  • Developing and implementing strategies in collaboration with supply chain, category teams, and supplier partners
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must have over 5 years of relevant experience, including experience or working knowledge in a warehouse/production environment, managing sustainability/compliance activity, projects, and policy. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and strategic thinking.
