Adults Home Manager

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Manager to lead our 3-bed EBD home. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing children’s homes with ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ Ofsted grades.
About the Role:
* Salary: Up to £62,000 per year (including bonuses)
* Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the home
* Ensure high-quality care is delivered to residents
* Develop and implement policies and procedures
* Supervise and support staff members
